Fraserhood

This laneway house is our current rental home for our family. As a rental, it presents some natural design constraints in terms of the ability to paint or hang certain items on the walls. We also placed our own constraint upon ourselves that for anything new that we purchase for the home - we will only buy it from Ikea, knowing that this may not be our forever home. We love how the space has turned out for ourselves through our playful girls room, to our colourful vintage mid-century modern danish dining chairs. Our upstairs primary feels light, bright and modern, while our cozy den offers space for a craft zone or to host guests from out of town.
